BYCON is looking for qualified people to fill various positions within our organization. From sales to tradesmen, we are interested in talking to you. We cover Harris and surrounding counties. From Sugar Land up through Spring, Friendswood to Baytown and inner city through the suburbs, we go where we are needed. Sales personnel are paid a commission using a sliding scale, which is based upon the size of the project. You will be responsible for your project from start to finish with guidance and assistance from management when requested. You must have verifiable sales experience, and a construction background and/or project management is helpful.

Lead carpenters must have a minimum 10 years experience with a minimum of 5 years in the remodeling industry. You must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the various areas of residential remodeling. While your strength may be in one particular phase of carpentry, you must be able to perform competently from form and frame through finish. You will be part of a project management team - working closely with the sales person to assure customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Carpenters and painters must have a minimum of 5 years experience and helpers in both trades must have a minimum of 1 year - all in the remodeling fields.

All tradesmen are expected to have their own trucks and tools. You must have a valid drivers license and dependable transportation. You will be expected to exhibit good communication skills, the ability to show up on time as scheduled, and the willingness to be a team player by doing whatever you can to help get the job done without sacrificing quality.

Salaries are negotiable, but will be based on experience and proven ability.
